Old search results after migration of site

Hi,
I migrated a wordpress site to a new server. When I use Instant Search now, it returns old and obsolete results. E.g., it shows woocommerce products that no longer exist on our site and those results link to the OLD server. The new site is at https://trulygreensolutions.com Thanks for any help!
