my site look different from other machines

Hi – Im new to blogging so ……
My new blog site looks perfect when I view it from the server im hosting it on but when I look at it from the web it looks totally different – http:\\imash.ath.cx , any ideas?.

also, when I view it from the web, all the links point to \\localhost\???.. so they all bomb out – any way of changing all these?.
