Post Report / Broken Video Report

I was wondering if their was a post report or broken video report,etc so user can report if the link is broken or inappropriate etc. Because i am currently running a site that post embedded anime/tv show/movie etc. which might be taken off and I was unable to find a way to detect broken video atm. So i am stuck with hoping user can report me broken link etc.
