Woo show “Pending Payment” even after payment is made?

Hi – For the past several days every paid order I get shows “Pending Payment” in the WooCommerce dashboard even though my customers’ payment clears through PayPal? When I manually move the order to completed status, I then get the automated “You have a new order” email.

I rely on the automated “order received” email pretty heavily and I don’t want to miss any orders. The way I know I have an order now is the PayPal email I get notifying me of the order.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
