Upgrading to 2.6.3

    Hi
    I have a new blog which I installed using an older version of WordPress (Dont ask which, I can’t remember) – I tried to upgrade to 2.6.3 and now have a problem upgrading.

    Everytime I goto wp-admin/upgrade.php it tries to download the upgrade.php file instead of going to the page.

    All permissions are set to 777 and database details etc are all correct.

    Instead of running scripts, it tries to download them instead.

    I’ve hunted for an answer for this to no avail, so any help or ideas would be appreciated.
