Plugin for forms and showing submissions

    Hey there guys!

    I’m starting new WP site that I’m about to use for the marathon organization and I’d like to manage submissions for this event.

    I tried to use Ninja Forms to create form for applying and it works great, but I can’t show submissions on front-end for end users with this plugin. Is there some alternative to allow my users to submit their applications and to show a list of submissions somewhere on site? Thanks!
