• Ahmed and his crew will thank you over and over for using their plugin but they have trouble providing material support when certain issues arise. And do they do arise! Often!

    They also will promise you whatever you want to hear but, in the end, they are not able to deliver on customer service.

    These guys are overwhelmed. After months of promising fixes, they finally admitted that my issues aren’t important enough. Perhaps some day they will hire people to make the AMP plugin great for everyone.

    I’m thinking I should look for you on Twitter, since your name seems like it’s a Twitter name.

    I disagree about the AMPforWP team not delivering. For me they have delivered, on many different issues.

    I’m not sure what your issue was/is. I’ll look for it in the support threads.

    I just wanted to be sure that I stood up for the AMP team who are not only thankful that we use their plugin, but also highly responsive and helpful re individual problems.

    I just looked for your unresolved question and going back a month I could not find it. I began to wonder if you were the programmer I was going to hire to help me, but then a new update solved my problem and he lost $245.

    But no, it looks as if you’ve been on these forums for a few years.

    It’s possible your question got buried … I had thought topics rose to the top when something was added, but that’s not the case. I’ve had to start some topics more than once to keep them visible.

    “Honestly, This is just one of issue that only you are facing which is again not because of our product. It’s not that we cannot figure it out, It’s just not our biggest priority right now.

    The plugin removes the embedded image on all of my posts. These images work fine without the AMP plugin. I want to use AMP but I need to display images too. After months of promising and excuses.. nothing.
