Showing up on every page

It’s been a few weeks but just in case you’re still wondering, I’ve experienced this issue because my caching system wasn’t honoring the cookie. On my host (WP Engine) who does agressive caching on their end, I needed to ask them to whitelist the cookie “age-verified.” You may need to do something similar with your host or caching plugin.
