Poll Plugin

I’m looking for a simple poll plugin in order to create a simple page where the visitor has two options. For example yes or no. And each answer or the vote now button takes him to a results page.
The problem is that all the plugins that I found are classic polls in order to be in a box somewhere in your homepage.
I’m looking for something that will cover all the page and will be easy to setup.
