Compatibility + a few more questions
-
Is this plugin compatible with WooCommerce 3.x?
Also, in no particular order:
- Does only the free version of this plugin offer the ability to define for which order statuses the cancel option is available, or is that pro only? I need the option to request cancellation available for all order statuses on one site, but only for pending, processing and on-hold orders on another site…
- Is a notice added to the order details view (on the front end) to show the order cancellation status and is this text configurable?
- What are the licence terms for the pro version? E.g. how many sites can the plugin be used on, how long do you get updates and support for?
- When a cancellation request is approved, does the order automatically get its status changed to cancelled?
- When a cancellation request is approved, do the items in the order automatically get their stock increased or is that still a manual action (default to WooCommerce?
- If automatic: can this be disabled? In my use, orders regularly get edited, but then don’t always reflect the appropriate quantity or product variations, thus automatic stock editing would result in lots of problems.
- If it’s manual: When a cancellation request is approved, do you get redirected to the order’s details view to manage the stock, or do you stay on the WC Cancel page and manually have to navigate to the order you’ve just cancelled?
- Is there an option to add text to the customer e-mails (per status for which cancellation is allowed) to let them know they can cancel their order on their account page?
