• The GP theme has been the very best theme I’ve found yet after searching for over two years: It is complete, but lean and clean. It works well with mobile.

    The various speed tests indicate that it is also a very fast theme, with excellent ratings across the board.

    I was trying to get my sites more mobile friendly and having a dismal time of it until a plugins vendor suggested it. After all the drama, I went through and thoroughly tested it against about a dozen different themes and frameworks (including premium ones). Over and over again, something would break and there would have to be a lot of working around the problems. GP and the premium plugin ended the drama once and for all.

    This is highly recommended. If you are tired of buying, testing and continually revamping your WordPress websites because the themes and plugins don’t measure up, give this one a try: Set it up, test it, run the various speed tests. You will likely verify how good GP is and perhaps the drama will also end for you.

    That’s awesome! Keeping things light/fast but functional is my main focus when it comes to GP.

    Really appreciate the review, thank you! ??

    For those who may benefit, there are several entries to “Additional CSS” which may help enhance web experience:

    .inside-article {border-radius: 12px;}

    rounds the corners of the articles making them smoother in appearance around the edges;

    People may go to https://www.colorzilla.com/gradient-editor/ to create a gradient background for any or all of the following:

    .site-header {

    }

    for the site header;

    .main-navigation {

    }

    for the navigation bar;

    .site-info {

    }

    for the footer (not necessarily inherently obvious).

    The last one could potentially be problematic if .site-info is used in other unexpected places beside the footer.

    Gradients can add distinction to a website and this theme is quite customizible for that purpose.

    This also works well for mobile.

    Here is an example of my website where I’ve used these gradients:
