Form Reception Problem, Contact Form 7

I am trying to get a contact form to work correctly. Currently, I have the Contact Form 7 installed on one of my pages, really like the form. You can fill out the form and submit, but it never shows up in my specified gmail account. Blog is https://web-sage.com/wordpress/

Code in the your-email field of the “mail” section is the default: [your-name] <[your-email]> I’ve tried changing formats and noticed that if I just use [your-name] the form is delivered to the gmail account but when I try a Reply it does not map correctly to the form sender’s email.

Does anyone have comment on this and hopefully tell me what I am missing? My host is not WordPress but another host, perhaps that has something to do with it? I am newb. Thanks!
