Worked flawlessly with the previous 2.x version but upgrading to Woo 3 now gives:

Woocommerce Product Customer List is enabled but not effective. It requires WooCommerce 2.2+ in order to work.

WP (MS) fully up to date. Any ideas?

    Thanks Frank

    Hi Frank,

the plugin is not fully compatible with WC3 yet, I’m almost done. Are you on a single site or multisite?

    Hi,

Multisite installed but only 1 site live. Your plugin was a real help for our newly opened writing school.

    Keep up the good work…

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving someone the keys to your house, you are trusting they won’t steal anything. Likewise, the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

If something was to go wrong then you, the author, may well become legally liable for damages which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

These forums need to remain a safe place for all users. That ranges from experienced users and developers to someone posting for the first time here. Accessing a user’s site is a step too far.

@fdittmar could you please try downloading this version of the plugin and replacing it? Let me know if it fixes the issue.

    HI,

certainly seems to work in principle now with Woo 303.
Quick check shows that it also displays the order numbers (only) for orders that have been deleted in Woo (I think – certainly has one discrepancy for me that I haven’t tracked down yet).

The big problem is that it breaks the backend display of some products (at least the one i have that shows the deleted order) . The table that you display your data in misses top and bottom and oversizes itself and becomes wider than the other components (which then creates other display issues in the product).

Deactivating your plugin returns the display in the product back to normal.

Btw, I didn’t explicitly say it but it worked ok on the other products in the shop. The one product where it displayed weird and broke the product backend view was the one where, for one order, it only showed the order ID but none of the other details (with that order ID actually being one that was missing in my list (assumed deleted)).

Ok got it. So my file fixed the first issue but now that it is properly activated it gets the errors I’m getting with WC 3.0

I am really close to fixing these, I will report here when it’s done

    I have the same problem.

I tried your link version (also 2.4.3) but it has the same problem.
Before, I had products that did not show because the generation of the list went in a loop or the page did not fully load.

I like the plugin very much, so thank you for making it.

@esprit90 a new version is up. Can you tell me if it fixes your issues?

    Hello Kokomo,

    Installation now works fine. BUT…

In the admin product screen customer list seems stop a part the the page from loading.
The list “Customers who bought this product” seems complete.
    Example:
below the list it shows: Showing 1 to 10 of 17 entries
    I can press > to show 11 to 17 of 17 entries.

But the content of the Product description is present but the color is white. I can only see it when I select it with the cursur.
I also see that the html edit buttons about that text area is missing.
Maybe it has to do with css-styles or javascript.

Disabling the plug solve the problem.
I hope you can fix it.

Could you check in your console to see if there’s any Javascript errors?

Also, please try clearing your cache, as some javascript files have changed since.

    Cache clearing does not help.

    I can’nt sent the images.
Do you have an email address for me?
