• After update from 3.0.1 to .2 I received an immediate Fatal Memory error in abstarct-wc-data.php line 451
Might be a simple issue and corresponding fix, however I am fairly knew to this.
Help would be appreciated thanks. Politely please.

  • My website completely disappeared… could be the same issue. Admin dashboard and website do both show only white background without anything. Nothing works anymore. Completely down.

@redreaper – Are you seeing the same thing when deactivating WooCommerce? Also, it sounds like your hosting environment is running low on memory – any chance you can paste you system status report here?

I deactivated all plugins by renaming the plugin folder via FTP and reactivated all plugins in small stacks of 3-5 plugins each ‘run’. Now all plugins are activated and I am running on 110 MB of 256 MB memory. Website is running again. This installer probably was too much for the system, I don’t know how to get system reports, if you advise, I probably can do so next time (which hopefully never happens again). Thx.

Our site has pretty much gone down since 3.0.3 upgrade yesterday. It loads up about 10-20% of the time. The rest of the time, we will either get a “cannot load site” screen or partial loads (for example, only the header image with black screen underneath).

Our hosting company has been testing everything and found that there is a memory leak that is using up all server resources. The memory leak is caused by Woocommerce itself. Based on their advice, we are finally rolling back to pre 3.0 release because we’ve had nothing but problems since upgrading to 3.0.

You might want to contact your host and see if they can test the memory usage on your site.
