Hi, what short code are you currently using? Also, have you tried the plugin conflict test by simply disabling all of your other plugins except this one and carrying out a test?

Hi, I checked your URL link above and I can see two identical images displayed. Is that correct? The first one opens up to a blank pop up. The second one opens up correctly.
