    Hello,

First off, thanks for the excellent plugin.

So far the only issue I’m having is with editing comments. If I click the “EDIT” button above a posted comment, it takes me to a separate page to edit the comment, using the WordPress post editor. Is this expected behavior? I assume so, as I don’t see any errors logged.

If this is expected behavior, is there any plan to handle comment editing with AJAX in the future? Or is that too difficult to implement?

    Thanks,
    Scott

    Hi Scott,

Yes, that’s expected behaviour at present.

I fix bugs when they’re reported, but plugin development is dependent on demand – i.e. things get pushed forward when people want new features.

    Cheers,

    Christian

    Hi Christian,

Thanks for the quick response. I suppose I’ll take a stab at it myself. And if I can’t figure it out, I guess I’ll just have to make a bunch of fake profiles and create a demand for the feature. ??

    Regards,
    Scott

    Hi Scott,

If you get it working and want to contribute any code, there’s a Github repo for exactly that purpose. The plugin you’re using is (one way or another) the cumulative result of the contributions that have been made to it.

    Cheers,

    Christian

To be clear, I’m not suggesting you create fake Github profiles instead of WordPress ones ??

Okay, I’ll see how it goes. Unfortunately, my code is more pastiche and probably isn’t fit for other human eyes. But if I think I have something useful, I’ll share it.
