fraud and cheeting !!! worste service ever with hitten fees.

  • proudly they are saying 1.7% fees + 0,25 euros for each payment.
    1. they charged me at the first 3 payments with 2.9% +0.25 euros each.
    2. 5% of every payment they are holding for 90 days.
    3. in one payment they charged me 11 times 0.25 euros with the exuse that 10 times the transaction was dissmist.
    4. even i told them from the beginning that i want if its possible, once a month to transfer the money to my bank account they did it for each payment seberate and this cost another 0.5 euros per transfer.

    example: for 135.90 euros payment total fees and reserve (how they call it) plus 10 Declined transactions (no way to know what is that or check out if its so) the charges are 10,49 euros 7,72%.

    be carefull. its not what its look like.

    all the information, including all the fees, reserve are clearly stated in the annex which you signed before we opened merchant account.

    Pricing depends on the location of your clients. If most of your customers are from the European Union or EEA commission rate is 1.7% if not 2.9%.

    The reserve amount is held for new customers without a previous processing history to ensure that a particular amount of funds is kept and used for repayments (chargeback). The reserve amount is held for a particular period of time after which it is paid back to you.

    After your request we kindly change percent and payment frequency. We are very sorry if our service do not meet your expectations.
