can’t see the settings page

    hi,

    thanks for plugin. I installed it and it was working. after latest update i am not allowed to see the admin page. how can i solve this?

  • Hello,
    from 1.2 update Admin UI and Shortcode of the Plugin is completely updated. you can find setting link below the ‘Instagram Gallery’ plugin in the Plugins list page OR here Setting > Instagram Gallery.

    ‘Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.’
    if you are getting this error then it means you are trying from non-admin account.

    or try to delete and reinstall this plugin.

    if the problem persists then try to de-activate/activate other plugins, may be conflict with other plugins or try to install this plugin in test environment.

    thanks for reaching out. i did all the steps while i was admin except the last one. (relationshhip with other plugins) i would update if any news regarding to this issue. closing this ticket.
