• Since the Woocomerce update I can view the cart page and click through to the Checkout page but the page does not load correctly the cart contents are underneath a white screen and it just hangs with a timer. I have disabled all plugins and reverted to the WP 2016 theme but the issue is still there it’s driving me crazy as the store is unusable.
    I have also done the repair WP tables but there were no issues, please help?

    The checkout button disappeared from my cart page. So couldn’t checkout. I got around that be reloading an old cart.php back into the cart folder. It worked. Checkout button came back. Worth a try.

    Ive spent ages trying to fix this as a temporary measure I added

    .blockUI {display:none!important;}

    to the css and amazingly I can now use the checkout page with my existing themes and plugins?

    If blockui is not disappearing there may be a JS error on the page. In chrome, View > Developer > Javascript console. This should give you more info. I’ve seen a few non-compatible payment gateways cause this – if you post your status report I can scan it for those ones I know about.

    hi Mike – any ideas on why the thumbs are not being called? These are 600×600 images in a thumb holder.

    @martin out loops use shop_thumbnail size. Your theme may have an override for these templates, but either way you can try resizing the images with CSS.

    but the page would still be calling for the full-size images – at 100 products on a page.

    i have a couple of questions and will open a new thread.

    Thought this post was about the Checkout?

    I resolved my issue with the Woocommerce 3.0 update. I found an old version of Woocommerce in my backups, changed the file name of the plugins>woocommerce folder to woocommerce-301 and imported the older Woocommerce and all back to normal.

    I’ll wait for my theme to be updated before reinstalling.
