Javascript Errors Trying To Customize Appearance

Can you let me know the sequence of action I need to do to reproduce the issue ? Does it occur when you customize a specific option, or for any option of the customizer ?

Can you also share your system informations in your next reply ? You’ll find them in your WordPress admin, under Appearance > Themes > About Hueman.

As soon as I click on customize, it hangs there.

Then it tells me “There was a problem when trying to load the customizer”

OK.
Can you confirm that you have the latest version of WordPress, the Hueman theme and the Hueman Addons plugin ?
If so can you temporarily disable all plugins but Hueman Addons and see if it helps ?

Yes I can confirm I have the WP, Hueman stuff, but no I won’t disable everything, I would rather change themes.

I want to help you identify the source of the problem. Of course I understand that it’s a problem to disable your plugins, even for a moment.

You are running the latests versions like in the demo website, which works fine. So the most probable cause of the problem is the one of your plugins. It would be useful for me to know if one of your installed plugin is in conflict with the theme, and would help potentially many users too.

Let me know if you find something before switching to another theme ??

It appears to be a problem with the Hueman Addons plugin. I deactivated it and it’s working again.
