• Hello, I love your product, but I feel that this last upgrade of yours was a total wreck.

Lot of excellent functionalities were removed (like the ability to see the items of a purchase in the orders page, without having to open each order one by one) as well as somethings are not working – emails are not being sent for each new purchase, for example, and the search field in orders also doesn’t work.

I also have Woocommerce Subscription and Woocommerce Memberships, and it seems that the plugins are not working quite right together after the update.

Please, consider upgrading this upgrade ASAP. Very disappointed.

    Best

  • I agree – I don’t know why the ability to click/view items purchased from the Orders page was removed.

I only just noticed that had gone! Definitely needs to be put back in!

It has no logic at all. It’s the kind of stuff you look and think “is this an upgrade? Why would an upgrade DISABLE a very useful and 100% working feature?”

If you take the time to read the release posts and changelog you can see the logic. Please not making assumptions. Vote on the above idea and if it gains enough traction we’ll make a new, dynamic column. There is a snippet there too if you want to add the column back and watch your admin speed burn ??

It’s not a case of assumptions. The function was there, and it was useful and working. Now it’s gone.. So why do we need to vote, wait for the voting be high, and the feature be released again for something there was already there?

Besides, using codes to add a function that, again, was already there, to the PHP is not practical at all. Most people don’t know how to do that, and simpler it can be, nothing compared to already having the function there.

What about the other issues I mentioned?

You need to use the support area for subscriptions issues so the developer can look.

The column is gone for good reason. Yes we’ve seen some vocal users complaining about it and may add it back, but in interviews many users didn’t even notice it was there ?? Add it back with code in the meantime.
