    “paid-memberships-pro” plugin seems to be the error.

    delete this plugin using FTP/ SFTP , or your web-host’s cPanel or whatever file management application your host provides (no Dashboard access required).

    I recommend contacting the plugin’s author.

    Thank you, I did contact PMPro (author) but they said it wasn’t their error. But something in the WP install…

    SoapClient is a class in the SOAP php extension which needs to be enabled on your host. I would contact your hosting company and see if they can install it.
