website is not responsive on mobile devices

  • Hi,
    I am working on my website using V4.7.2 and X theme. When changing to tablet or mobile view, the menu changes to a square button. When pressing the button, I can see my dropdown menu for 1/10 of a second before closing it again.

    I am not sure how to fix this.
