• Hello guys,
I’m using this plugin for my client website. I tested many times, by using this plugin website are going down while anyone completely fill the form and “Press Send Button”.

I’ve tested both ‘Script load methods’.

You can also visit site: https://moneymunch.com/contact/
Fill the full form and press send button to see what’s happening!

“You will get Error 504: Gateway time-out”

BUT my client will receive the email from sender and sender also receiving the confirmation email then why occurring Error 504?

If anyone understanding this issue then please let me know the solution otherwise I’ll find new one for them within a week.

    Thank you!

    Hi,

Since both emails are being received then the problem is in the redirection to the “thank you” page after the submission.

Please check the settings field “Thank you page (after sending the message)” into the section “Form Processing / Email Settings”, it contains the address of the “thank you” page where the form is redirected after the submission. That field must point to an existent and valid page in order to be able to complete the redirection to it.

It may be also an issue with the CDN Cloudflare used by your website or it may be hiding the real error behind the submission. If you are able to test the submission out of the CDN connection that may help to get additional information of the problem.

For a more detailed verification of the issue you can open a private ticket (it’s free) at https://form2email.dwbooster.com/contact-us

Thank you for using the plugin!

Thank you for your instant reply. You might be right that errors are coming because misconfigured the server (https://www.scalescale.com/tips/nginx/504-gateway-time-out-using-nginx/).

I will test and recheck it soon. If this resolved then I will answer here “how” or not then I will ask you more questions. LOL!

    Again, thank you!

    Hello @codepeople,
This was not your plugin issue. As I expected, server was not configured properly. They missed to install Postfix OR not anything related to mail into server then how it can works!

The client was using Gmail SMPT plugin to send emails. It was conflicting with many other WordPress process too (For ex., while you create new user from Dashboard it appear “504 Error”, etc).

Anyway, it fixed now. Your plugin is working like Bugatti… YOUR PLUGIN IS ASWESOME..!!! ??
Thank you for your instant reply!
