Widget only play on Home page

Hi
I have widget on my site that holds a small flash movie. This movie has been playing for months on ALL pages fine.
Today I noticed a grey box where the flash should be. Mmmm I went in and looked at the code for it, again all ok. I saved and went back to home page, now it is playing OK…Great. Check all other pages and there is just empty space in the widget.
How can the same widget play on the home page but not on any other pages.
