Lost password function

  • Hi,
    We are using Easy WP SMTP succesfully but today we detected that lost password function use mail function which are deactivated in our server.

    Is this correct? Are this on your TODO list?

  • This plugin uses a filter hook from wordpress to override the email details. That filter comes from the wp_mail() function.

    If you are using a plugin that is using the mail function then they need to update their code and use wp_mail() function which is the proper function to use for sending emails via WP.
