When I use the WooCommerce Google Analytics Pro extension with MonsterInsights, I get this warning at the top of the screen:

“WooCommerce Google Analytics Pro: WooCommerce Google Analytics Pro requires Universal Analytics. Please enable Universal Analytics in Google Analytics by MonsterInsights.”

I have the latest MonsterInsights installed, but cannot see anywhere in the settings to tick a box to allow Universal Analytics.

    Why is this?

We don’t have an option for it as we use it by default on all new installs.

If you have been using MonsterInsights for longer than 4 months and are not on Universal Analytics, you’ll have a notice in the General Settings tab asking you to switch to Universal with a link to click that does the switch.

Most likely this issue is caused by the SkyVerge plugin being out of date, as they did an update to make their plugin point to our new settings after 6.0 of MonsterInsights was released.

    Hi Chris,

    Thanks for that.

I have been on MonsterInsights for quite some time now and I upgrade every time you have a new version out, and I do the same when Woo release a new update for theirs, so both are on the latest release.

I see the noticed at the top of the screen like this:

But there is no link to go to your settings, so when I go there manually, there is no option to choose Universal Analytics as you said, you don’t have an option for it as it’s there by default.

This is happening on every website where I have both plugins installed.

    Any clues?

    Hi there,
They should have that fixed in an update for theirs. If you’re having that still you’ll want to contact them as it’s something they’ll need to fix in their plugin
