All in One Video Plugin

so i uploaded the plugin and it says “To complete the All in One Video Pack installation, you must get a Partner ID.”

I click the complete installation and it then brings me back to general settings…it also does not let me enter anything into the “blog title” field. (i have a custom header so there is no blog name, might be a reason)

any ideas? I’ve tried re-uploading twice with no success.
