You can either install Wamp – https://www.wampserver.com/en/ or Xampp – https://www.apachefriends.org/download.html

Then you can install WordPress at your computer and play with it.

On your PC? That one would have to have access to it. If you want to have it set up on Internet, you’ll need domain and hosting somewhere. Other than that, you can post a job at https://jobs.wordpress.net

I can’t get FileZilla to connect, and I am trying to use Mamp and changed Apache Port to 8888 and MySQL to 8888.
