    Hello

I wonder if somebody could please help me. A customer told me that she was unable to checkout on my website. I have seen in the log report that she tried twice. These are the error messages:
    /checkout/?wc-ajax=checkout / 5 Hits in last 3 minutes
    /checkout/?wc-ajax=checkout / Bad Cache:86.146.86.204

Another customer has also tried to checkout 8 times:
    /checkout/?wc-ajax=update_order_review / Bad Cache:86.146.86.204

Could somebody please explain what this means? I have no knowledge of code etc and have learnt my way with the help of google and fab guys like you ??
    My website is https://www.tpgifts.co.uk

I have tried finding a tutorial or help with this but google has failed me lol.
    Thank you

  • In the stop spammer protection options UNCHECK the box Check for quick responses. Click the update button.

In the cache section clear the cache.

The quick responses check fails when there is page caching on a website.

    Hi Keith

Thank you so much for your quick reply. I changed the settings shortly after you posted but my laptop battery went flat before I had a chance to reply.
I will ask a friend to try and checkout on my website then mark this post as resolved if it works.
    Thanks again
