• I have been using this plugin for well over a year with no problems. Today, for the first time, I have a MAJOR problem! A quiz was taken 13 times. I know this because they were in the room with me, they all had successful submissions, they got an on-screen list of right and wrong answers, and on the table of quizzes in the backend it shows 13 individuals took the quiz. Here is the problem: there are no results listed. I can see the quizzes were taken, but it has no results listed. Even on my wordpress dashboard where it shows the numbers of quizzes taken today, this week, this month, etc it shows zero were taken today. Normally this would simply be an inconvenience but this was a course final exam and the students have now disbursed for the term. What is the problem and how can I resolve this?

    Hey @kirbde!

Thank you for using this plugin and for your patience!

I am sorry to hear about the issue that you are experiencing. If you go to your exam and try to submit it, do you see the results page? Do you recall if the students received the results page?

Normally, the dashboard widgets are a direct count of the results in the database so what is listed is usually what is available to the plugin.

Would you happen to have access to the database using something like phpMyAdmin? If so, you would want to look into the table that ends with mlw_results to see if there are any new rows.

Unfortunately, if the results are not stored in the database, there would be no way to find the student’s answers as that is the only location the plugin stores the results.

Hello. I have same problem. And I haven′t answers on database.

I have tried with login user, register user, no user, with different browsers and I can not fix it.

    Please, help me with that!
