if i want to _restore_ the password for the login: how to do that?

if i want to _restore_ the password for the login: how to do that?

note; i only have the passwd in the cache of the firefox on one notebook,
with this method i can log in to the backend.

now i want to get the password back or want to change it.

how to do that:

btw-. if trying to use the send_option i get a bad news; there is a mail option not installed i cannot use this method.

Can i reset the password – when i am in the backend of wordpress – in the dashboard!?
is this possible!?
