Does Anyone Know If A Plugin Exists To Achieve This?

Hey all,

I’m in need of a plugin that can allow users to upload images (gifs) and video files (optional) as a sort-of post, but not for the main page and not so complex, I just want them to upload an image and give a short description if they wish, then other users can comment below it etc.

I also need those images to be sorted by either most popular or most recent on another paginated page.

Also user pages that contain a list similar to the most popular sorted page but only consisting of the images/files of that particular user.

I’ve looked into these two plugins: https://ultimatemember.com/ & https://usersultra.com/

But none of them appear to do what I’m needing, or they don’t do it exactly right. Does anyone know a plugin that might be what I need? Thank you!
