phoning calls conferences (client must pay per minute)

Hi! And thanks in advance since I am a little desperate searching for this… I know it is not a common question and it is not easy:

I own an online Consultancy where I sell written advices by email using woocommerce. But now, I’d like to amplify my bussiness so customers were able to buy those advices talking with us by a phoning call. The idea is according to these steps:

1. The customer enters the data of his card, and then, clicks a button to talk with us.
2. He recives a phoning call, and simultaneously I receive another phoning call so we can talk each one from our telephones. (The system sends the call to each of the telephone numbers and puts us in touch).
3. At the end, after the conference, must be calculated how many minutes the conference lasted, and the customer immediately is charged on his card. (For example, 1 euro for each minute of conference)

Definitely, I need a plugin (I suposse I’ll have to use twilio, or something similar) to carry out the conference, to be able to calculate the duration, and to charge the total duration.
