Signature field

    Hi,
    I am utilizing the Signature field option of your plugin. For some reason, when someone submits the form and it emails me the information, it is not showing the text above the signature. I have input a long paragraph that they are to agree to. Please advise.

    Also, why does the form come to me jumbled up with everything squished together instead of the field responses being laid out, easy to read?

    Hello,

    The text above the Signature field doesn’t arrive within the email notification due to the fact that it is a Heading field and currently the Html Blocks and Heading fields are not included within the notifications. A possible solution is to add another Long Text field below your Heading field, make it hidden and insert within its Default Value section the needed text as here: Agreement In this way the agreement text will appear within the email notification properly.

    The other fields appear in the presented format due to the fact that you have added the question and input section where they type their answer in two separate fields. You can combine them in one field and in this way a single Long Text field will appear, named in the needed way through the Label section.
