• How many of you love the simplicity & reliability of contact form 7? Well, I believe millions of people do – and I’m one of them.

For me the problem with CF7 was its lack of styling, I know this has been an issue for you too. “Too hard”, I’ve seen many of you comment.

Like many of you, I opted for other forms which include drag & drop builders. Recently, my drag & drop form builder cost me, probably, thousands of dollars. It told me all was working well and even sent test emails OK. However, it wasn’t working on the website – for weeks!

To this end, I turned back to the most dependable, efficient & lightweight contact form I know, CF7.

Not being able to live with the lack of styling available for CF7, I searched the web for a simple solution and came across this plugin.

It has a long, but descriptive title. It only had 900 downloads and just one review, but I gave it a shot anyway.

The result? The most efficient, reliable & dependable contact form on the planet now looks great on my websites.

If, like me, you have spent too much money on several different contact forms, this is fantastic news for you.

Implementing the short-codes is easy once you get your head around it. The shot-codes used are those that already exist within your theme. If you’re using the Avada theme, then you use the Avada short-codes. If using the X Theme, then you use the short-codes generated by that theme.

It’s pretty simple. However, if you get stuck, I’ll be happy to assist. If you’d like a really attractive effect when clicking inside the text fields, I have some CSS to share with you which will do this.

Check out my forms on boyd-design.com.au & archiimage.net and I’m certain you’ll agree that this plugin is one of the most valuable around.

I can’t simply believe this plugin only has 900 installs and just one review. Hopefully this review will help change this.

Many thanks, Tobias – absolutely love this plugin and I thank you for taking your valuable time to make it available.

    Cheers,

    Boyd.

    Hello Boyd,

I’m glad that you love my plugin that much. I had exactly the same problem and wrote this plugin as a solution for myself, as well as for others who face the same problem.

    Cheers,

    Tobias

    Hello Tobias,

History tells us that all the best creations are derived out of some type of need.

I have another need, which I’m certain is shared by many. Enabling customer reviews in CF7. Reviews have become the first thing people search for these days. While there are a number of plugins for this, having it available in CF7 would be excellent. Obviously this would be useless without rich snippets. Maybe this is where is becomes too complex for CF7 to handle?

I’ve searched the web to find several outdated solutions, all of which didn’t work.

If you have any ideas, I’d love to hear them. Alternatively, if you’re feeling creative…

    Regards,

    Boyd

    Hello Boyd,

I’ve taken some time to think about this Idea. But I’m afraid I don’t get what you want done exactly.

Contact Form 7 is a form mailer. That means, it basically allows the user to enter some data, and than have it mailed to you. However, the point about reviews would be to display them on the website, not habit it mailed to someone, right?

If I understand you right, either the built-in comments function, or a custom post type, combined with some frontend-editing features would solve your problem.

If this is not what you meant, maybe you want to explain it to me in more detail.

    Regards,

    Tobias
