Was great, now garbage

So sorry to hear you are having a problem with Hustle. Before you switch we would love to work with you to resolve the issue. We are building a more comprehensive plugin that includes slide-ins and email opt-ins. If you are experiencing a conflict we would love the opportunity to see how we can resolve it. Would you share the Javascript error so we can investigate the issue further?

If you see a white screen after plugin activation, it is a conflict with a plugin or a theme. Would you please run a quick test so we could solve this issue?

Please follow these steps:
– Deactivate all other plugins and,
– Switch to a default WordPress theme

If everything is well, activate one plugin at the time to find what is causing it

Yes, user interface very unintuitive now (besides the new tiny artboard window that now barely shows a portion of the popup), and old popups no longer display.
Frustrating.
Appears that I may have to recreate them in the new format for them to work.
Not good. The name change confused things even more. Plugins need to be named what they do.

Could you please elaborate in regards to the “tiny artboard window that now barely shows a portion of the popup”. I am not quite sure which part that is, do you mean the preview of popup, or something else? Would love to see if there’s a rendering issue or something else.

The old window was larger and easier to work with. I can drag it down, but can’t widen it. No idea what’s going on with the menu icons.

More importantly, I can’t get any popups I created to display.

You mentioned JS errors in your initial message. Can you paste them here? Do they show on front end or in WordPress backend?
