• Hi,

I’m using the Jupiter theme 3.9.6 for a website:

The latest Jupiter theme is v5.7, so it is a long time out of date.

The website is live and operating OK.

The website is solely managed through the wordpress admin panel and we don’t use an FTP client or a staging server etc.

I have two issues but both are probably related.

Firstly, the ‘Theme Options’ page on the admin panel is blank and secondly the content on the pages ‘visual’ and ‘text’ tabs are blank. I attached screen shots here.

    Blank visual tab

I’m using wordpress version 4.7.3 and have 4 active plugins below.

    Easy theme and plugins V2.0.0
    Mensy 1.0.4
    The Events calender V4.4.4
    WP Super Cache 1.4.9

I’d appreciate any advice on how to troubleshoot these issues. Presumably the first thing, I should do is update to the latest version of the theme 5.7?

Is there a way to back up the website or anyway that I can revert to the current setup before I proceed with this? Is there any tools or plugins that I can use for this?

    Many thanks
