(Another) Not working with custom form

Hi,

This plugin seems so well designed. Alas, I cannot get it to work with the custom form my web designer has used. I am sure it is the form and not your plugin, but perhaps you can help?

This is the form:

I tried to call the invisible captcha by inserting the call right before the /form tag:

	</fieldset>
 <?php do_action('google_invre_render_widget_action'); ?> 
</form>

I am sending email via Gmail SMTP.
I tested the plugin with Contact form 7 and it does work, so it’s definitely a form problem. Could it be because the form uses javascript?

P.S. unrelated, just so you know: that little snippet of php is not currently showing up in the new test version of the WordPress plugin directory:

“Just call
….. no php here …..
anywhere before form closing tag”

I sent in feedback saying it wasn’t working…
