wordpress is very slow after last update

I have the same problem, I do not know if this is a plugin, but for two days my sites are slow

Then either
a) roll back to prior plugin and retest
b) check error log on server and check you meet the minium “requirements” for the plugin for php and mysql
c) resave permalinks, and optimize dbase with WP-Optimize or similar method.
