With any Canadian address (we only sell to Canada), it seems like Apple Pay can’t get a shipping address to work. It always errors out.

We use the Woocommerce Canada Post Plugin, as well as a few others to find shipping costs.

So it seems like Apple Pay is pretty much not working yet?

Currently deactivated Apple Pay because it’s useless if we can’t ship products. Waiting for an update, thanks.

    Hi there!

So sorry for your frustration on this. Are you using https://woocommerce.com/products/canada-post-shipping-method/ for Canada Post? If so, can I ask you to submit a new support ticket at https://woocommerce.com/my-account/tickets/ ? I’m not aware of any incompatibility between Apple Pay and our Canada Post plugin, and we’d be glad to either help you figure out the cause of the error or (if it’s a bug in our extension) log it so we can fix it ASAP!

I would be interested in the response to this as I have been waiting for WooCommerce to address an issue with checkout since Feb 21st (I have a support ticket).

I also deactivated the Apple Pay function in the WooCommerce Canada Post shipping method plugin.

I am suspicious now because the checkout issue started happening around the time the Stripe/Apple Pay plugin was released. Since there was a major Canada Post outtage at the time, it wasn’t clear that there could be a link.

From looking at the changelog in the Stripe/Apple Pay plugin, it seems perhaps there is.
