• We were trying to implement this plugin for months, It has many issues, but we were willing to work with Isaac to resolve all the problems. Unfortunately, he wasn’t. I have never, ever encountered such a poor service, not even close. After many struggles trying to get in touch with him, resolving some issues on our own in meanwhile, we decided to go for a premium paid version in hope will be able to get his response, but even that didn’t help. I tried to explain him, more then once, how important is a quality customer service to us and that we cannot run a business with his plugin in such manner, but he simply ignored anything we said, as if we never mentioned It all. He is very narrow minded, just does not understand that you cannot take money from people every month and not respond for days and weeks, and often ignoring the messages completely. You will never succeed in any business by not understanding the importance of good support. His plugin has many good features but his customer service is so poor that he’ll never reach the success that he could have. He didn’t took two minutes to think about what I said, not a second even, he completely ignored It. You soon realise you are talking to a brick wall. We lost months, working very hard for this plugin to work for us. He does not grasp the damage he is inflicting, the hours, days and months people loose because of his lousy mentality. One tip for you Isaac, stick to creating the plugin and let somebody else deal with customer service, because you just don’t have It in you.
