Social icons text on hoover

Hi Bob, first of all I want to thank you for this great plugin.
I have a little question though, and wasn’t able to find the answer. I have installed the plugin here: another useless website I used the social icons as menu items and I wanted to know if there is a possibility to have text when hovering over the icons. I already added the text in the images alt and description.
