Newest blog posts and comments do not update

Hello!

I’m having issues with updating my blog. Well, not updating, but whenever I post a new update to my site, it still shows me the older blog post as the newest and doesn’t show the newest on the front page until after 5-6 days of release or after multiple page refreshments. Also, my blog doesn’t remember I’m the owner and doesn’t give me the admin bar to the top when entering my blog’s address.

I’m using WP SuperCache and have tried W3 Total Cache as well as my Cache widget. both work as poorly as mentioned above.

I believe this is a caching problem since if I enter my site via Microsoft Edge (which I don’t use regularly), it gives me the newest blog post and the site “correctly”.

What should I do so I or a returning user to my blog can always see the most updated version and newest blog posts and comments on my site?
