Website admin not accessible – parked

    Hi,

    I am trying to activate (unpark) my domain that I purchased on WordPress.com through an external host (Bluehost), but my site is parked by Automattic.

    Yesterday I wanted to start my own website but made the mistake to subscribe my site on wordpress.com and not www.remarpro.com. After having realized the mistake I cancelled the subscription and domain name urbanlilly.net on wordpress.com the same day as “Purchases made on WordPress.com can be canceled and refunded during the refund period:

    Domain registrations can be canceled within 48 hours of registration.
    Plans and other purchases can be canceled within 30 days of purchasing.”

    I was surprised to see that I couldn’t get full refund but only a third of it and now my domain is parked and I cannot access it through urbanlilly.net/wp-admin.

    So now I have lost money on wordpress.com and I am paying for nothing on bluehost.com.

    Please help me.

    I am very sorry that you are having so much difficulty.

    Due to the differences between the hosted blogs offered at wordpress.com and the self-hosted and self-installed version of WordPress supported here, you should probably ask WordPress.com Support instead.
