• Hi there.
When I create Booster Custom Tabs for any item, I can see the title and all tabs content in dashboard. But when I save the item I see only title of Tabs on the page. Only title with no content inside.
    What is the problem?
    Thank you.

  • Hello,

I’ve got the same problem. It seems the content in the Custom Tabs isn’t saved and it takes a long time to save the product page as well when anything is changed/added in the Custom Tabs. I have content in the Custom Tabs as well so I prefer to stay with this plugin. If I update the main content of a product, it will save the main content.

    I have:
    – The paid version.
    – latest WooCommerce, WP and all plugins.
    – Disabled W3C Total cache with no luck
    – Disabled every other plugin with no luck

    Thank you for the help,

    -Ronald

    Well, as usual, no sopport.

Same back in 2016: “Your request (2382) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.” , and no reply. Why the F! did I pay for this “lifetime support” junk.

Thank you for the superb NON existing SUPPORT!.

Support contacted me so you can ignore what was said above. It seems that only @imthehamster and me are having problems with the tabs. The problem starting I think after upgrading to WooCommerce 3.0.0.

As it turned out, WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing doesn’t like to work with Booster for Woocommerce.

So, my problem is solved by kicken WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing and using the build in functions of Booster for Woocommerce.

@imthehamster, might the problem you are having as well, some Woocommerce plugin that is giving a conflict.
