Disclaimer Profile Selection

    I am currently trying to attempt to redesign my company’s website. There is a feature i would like to add is a disclaimer pop up which will give you a list of different languages to select for the disclaimer and also what type of user you are. Depending what user you have selected you will only allowed to access certain pages.
    Example:-
    If you are a standard customer you can only see the customer retail prices of products. But if you are a tradesman you will only view the pages with the trade prices of the product.

    If there is a plugin etc for this it will help greatly.
