Blog can receive but not send pingbacks

  • Dear forum,

    I have a question regarding one of the blogs I supervise: https://www.renatour.de/blog/ can receive Pingbacks from other blogs, but is not able to send any.

    I tried a lot of things to find a solution:
    – deactivate Anti-Spam plugin, htaccess and https
    – Add new update services

    But nothing worked. Can the old PHP version 5.3 be the reason for this problem?
