Hi, it appears that a couple other plugins are triggering JavaScript errors. These errors can stop other scripts on the page (such as Simple Lightbox) from running.
The 2 plugins with JS errors appear to be “Social Locker” and “Facebook Live Chat”. I would recommend temporarily deactivating these plugins to see if SLB is able to run. If SLB is still not running, I would recommend following these instructions on identifying plugin conflicts.
Once you have identified the conflicting plugin(s), you can contact their developer to report the issue. Also let me know what you’ve found I will see if there is anything that can be from SLB’s end.
