Subscribe User that have a status ‘Unsubscribed’

Hello,
I have a doubt. I have done several tests and I can not solve them.

When a user unsubscribe a mailing of mailchimp he/she is not deleted, it only gets as “unsubscribed” status…

If He/she again fill out the form in the Contact Form 7 form with the ‘Contact Form 7 MailChimp Extension’ plugin, the user information is updated (phone, for example) … but the user continues as ‘Unsubscribed’. It’s no recreate the user with a ‘subscribe’ status…
… this afect the number of people that receive a campaing…

Is there any way to solve this?
I would like to keep with the ‘CF7 and CFC MailChimp Extension’ because I have another plugin for data validation, in the format of incoming phones (following the Brazilian standard)…
